User, you, your: any person who visits or uses the Site and/or purchases or participates in any of the Services.

Member: a registered User who has created an account with AMI.

Content: includes all text, images, audio, video, documentation, and other materials made available through the Site.

Course / Certification: training, learning programs, credentials, or certifications provided by AMI.

You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) to use or purchase our Services.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You shall not use the Services in any way that infringes on the rights of others or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website.

Some parts of our Services may require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username/password) and for any activity under your account.

If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

All fees for courses, certifications, or other paid services are as quoted on the Site at the time you make an order.

Payments are due in advance. We may use third-party payment processors; your payment is also subject to their terms.

Refund policy: specify whether and under what conditions refunds are offered (e.g. within X days if not satisfied, non-refundable after course access, etc.).

All content, trademarks, logos, icons, designs, and other materials on the Site are the property of ARABIC MANAGEMENT INSTITUTION OÜ or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost, or otherwise use any Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Access to courses or certification materials is granted once payment is confirmed or per the terms of the specific offering.

You may not share login credentials, copy or distribute course materials beyond your personal use.

ARABIC MANAGEMENT INSTITUTION OÜ reserves the right to revoke access in case of breach of these Terms or misconduct.

If you submit reviews, forum posts, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, adapt and distribute such User Content.

You represent and warrant that any User Content you post does not violate any rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.) of any third party.

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to remove or edit any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

No warranty: The Service and content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ARABIC MANAGEMENT INSTITUTION OÜ does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arabic Management Institution OÜ’s liability for any damages arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid, if any, for using the Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Certain rights and obligations (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) shall survive termination.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on the website with a new “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Estonia].
